Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of personal information and data obtained through connected services. These instructions are public and do not require a WPTR login.
Request deletion from CREAUP LLC
To request deletion, email CREAUP LLC at hello@wptr.com or use the button below. We may request reasonable information to verify that you control the account or connected service before taking action.
Please include your WPTR account email, the relevant Website or workspace name if applicable, the connected service you want removed, and whether you are requesting integration-data deletion or full account deletion. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, or other secrets by email.
Disconnecting Meta Ads in WPTR
If you have access to the relevant WPTR account, open Connections → Meta Ads, select the Website, and choose Disconnect. The current WPTR disconnect action is Website-scoped: it marks that Meta Ads connection disconnected, clears the stored encrypted access credential, clears the selected ad-account details and granted scopes, and invalidates unconsumed Meta OAuth state for that Website.
Disconnecting stops WPTR from making future Meta API requests using that connection. The database record remains as a disconnected connection record, so disconnecting alone is not a claim that every historical WPTR record or backup is immediately erased. Use the deletion request above if you want us to assess removal of associated account or integration data.
Removing WPTR from Meta/Facebook
You can also remove WPTR from your Meta/Facebook account through Meta's account controls. In general, go to Facebook or Meta account settings, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, find Apps and Websites, locate WPTR AI, and choose Remove. Meta may change labels or navigation over time, so consult its current help resources if the wording differs.
What a request can cover
Depending on the request and verification, we can assess deletion or disconnection of applicable information held by WPTR, including:
- account and profile information;
- stored session records;
- Businesses, Websites, and connection metadata;
- stored connected-service credentials and selected connection data;
- chat history and associated uploaded attachments; and
- integration-derived information held by WPTR.
WPTR does not currently offer a self-service account-deletion control. A request is therefore handled through CREAUP LLC rather than by an in-product button. We will explain if a requested category cannot be deleted immediately or needs additional verification.
Information that may need to be retained
We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or other lawful obligations. Data may also persist in backups until those backups cycle through their normal lifecycle. We do not promise a fixed deletion timeline where the implementation or applicable law does not establish one.
Google and other connections
Google Ads and Meta Ads disconnect controls clear their locally stored selected-account state and encrypted credential as implemented. Search Console disconnect attempts provider revocation when possible and clears its local refresh credential and selected properties. Google Analytics has Website-level and credential-level disconnect paths; the credential-level path attempts revocation and disconnects its linked Website connections. A local disconnect remains effective even if a provider revocation attempt is unavailable.
WordPress, WooCommerce, GitHub, and other available connections can also be disconnected from their relevant WPTR controls. To request deletion beyond the behavior of those controls, email hello@wptr.com.
