Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and CREAUP LLC, Wyoming, United States (“CREAUP,” “WPTR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using WPTR, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use WPTR. If you use WPTR for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at hello@wptr.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

WPTR may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, connected platforms, or legal rights, or when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. You may stop using WPTR at any time. Account deletion is currently handled by request; see Data Deletion Instructions.

Permitted use and restrictions

WPTR is a professional AI assistant focused on WordPress, WooCommerce, connected Website data, and the product features we make available. You may use it only for lawful purposes and only with data, Websites, connected accounts, and materials you are authorized to access.

You must not:

  • access another person's account, Website, or connected data without authorization;
  • attempt to obtain credentials, tokens, keys, or non-public service information;
  • circumvent quotas, security controls, rate limits, or ownership checks;
  • upload malware, exploit code, or material intended to harm or disrupt systems;
  • use abusive automated traffic or interfere with the service;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; or
  • use WPTR or its integrations for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.

AI functionality and your content

WPTR may use AI to respond to your questions and analyze information you provide or explicitly connect. You retain your rights in your content. You grant CREAUP a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested WPTR service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Review AI output before acting on it

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. WPTR does not guarantee advertising, ranking, SEO, revenue, conversion, technical, or business results. You remain responsible for reviewing output and for actions taken based on it. WPTR is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and other content are lawful and that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide them to WPTR. Do not upload credentials or secrets into chat or attachments unless a dedicated, authorized connection flow expressly asks for them.

Third-party integrations

WPTR may integrate with independent third-party services, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Google, Meta/Facebook, GitHub, and others we make available. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules. You are responsible for any permissions you grant and for selecting only accounts you are authorized to connect.

WPTR does not imply ownership, endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or partnership with those companies. WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation, and WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc. We provide available integrations on a read-only or otherwise feature-specific basis; you can revoke access through WPTR disconnect controls or the provider's settings.

Plans, credits, and payments

WPTR offers a Free plan and may offer paid subscription plans, usage allowances, or credits. Current balances, allowances, and entitlement state are determined by server-side records and displayed in the product where available. We may change available plans, limits, features, or future prices prospectively with reasonable notice where required by law. A price change does not alter a charge already paid.

Paid plans are purchased through Stripe-hosted Checkout. The price, currency, billing interval, and any applicable trial or tax treatment are shown before you confirm the purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed interval until the subscription is canceled. Stripe processes payment details; WPTR does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

You can manage or cancel an eligible paid subscription through the Stripe-hosted billing portal linked from WPTR settings. Unless the purchase flow states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period and access continues until that time. Failed or unresolved payments may limit paid access. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not prorated or refunded.

Availability, beta features, and changes

WPTR is provided on an evolving basis. Some features may be experimental, depend on third-party availability, or be unavailable for a particular Website, provider account, or plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product, security, legal, or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, WPTR is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, CREAUP and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of WPTR. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to CREAUP for WPTR in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing, whichever is greater.

You will indemnify and hold CREAUP harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of WPTR, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your unauthorized use of a connected service, to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
